Here’s what we do, and have done since Day One of this company. If clients need something, we build it for them, and don’t charge them for that. It’s a commitment to customer service that’s written into our DNA. In this case, we are launching the REAL Heart Age calculator for all our clients and we are SO torqued about it for a couple of reasons.
It Responds To Clients
In this case we were asked to incorporate Real Heart Age algorithms into our Know Your Numbers platform. Your heart can age faster than your body. So employees need to know their heart’s ACTUAL age. This feature allows them to calculate it for themselves, and also determine their risk of heart disease / stroke over the next 10 years.
This form of awareness is a fun way to create awareness for something that has no symptoms, until it’s too late.
It Responds To Employees
We have meal plans, grocery guides, and self-care resources specifically targeting the care and prevention of each biometric. Everyone loves these, but I found that some didn’t know where they were. So we totally changed the pages and user flow to make access easier and more obvious for them.
After reaching out to employees with flyers that are fun, funny, and definitely get their attention, we monitor site use and then follow up with client reps to show the impact of the outreach and make sure everything’s going smoothly.
