I love this new program of meditations we are creating called “Mindful Minutes.”
Each meditation will be 5-ish minutes long, include meditative music and scenes, while embracing the particular meditation you need the most.
Just some of the topics include self-care, parenting, mindful speech (to others, from others, and your internal self-talk), anxiety, meditative breathing practice, mindful eating, finding your calm, … and tons more actually.
In fact, I just finished a series of three on Forgiveness:
1) of others,
2) of yourself, and for the most difficult of all,
3) when you need to find peace around something that has happened but are not ready to forgive that person yet.
These are going to make a huge impact for our groups, and I’m just so excited to complete the roster and make them available!
