  1. The 1st meditation is on the headspace you need to get a better night’s sleep, and removing the barriers standing in the way.
  2. The 2nd meditation gives you the tools to use on the spot, right in the middle of that awful early morning time when you just can’t sleep.

Sleep is one of the most important factors for sustaining a healthy mental state. And it’s totally “under the radar” too because as a younger person you didn’t need it so much, and didn’t have such a hard time nailing it down! But now, there’s only so much coffee you can throw it bad sleep patterns before they catch up with you and drag you down.

That’s why we’re adding these Meditations to help our members help themselves.
