Just Asking … Have You Ever Pulled Your Sweet Tooth?
My question for you is whether you have changed your habits and dialed down your cravings for sugar? If so, what did you do, and how did you do it?
Of course, the bad news is that if you crave more sugar, you’ll eat more sugar. By contrast, if you crave less sugar you’ll eat less. Less sugar = less calories = less weight gain, and this study is showing a link between that sugar in your tea, your soda, and other drinks with colon cancer.
For Mediterranean Wellness, you have to pull your sweet tooth, so you don’t deprive yourself of sugar. In fact, you eat all you want … you just want less. That’s your solution, and for those of you who have done this already, what exactly was your experience?
