Just Asking … It’s Hot. Are You Hydrated Enough?

I grew up in south Alabama, where the August heat hits you like a hammer when you go outside. These kinds of heat waves are more and more frequent now, and even if you’re not from the deep south, this time of year it’s critical to keep yourself hydrated. 

So my question is, do you know how to tell if you are hydrated?
