Vegetable Yogurt Dip

You’ll Need
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- In a bowl that can hold the amount of dip you are preparing, add the garlic, lemon juice, salt and sugar and mix.
- Add in the yogurt and lemon juice.
- This dish is best if prepared hours before (or even a day before serving).
Play with your Food
- Add herbs of choice such as fresh mint, dill or parsley
- Top with a drizzle of olive oil
