Mindful Mondays

Becoming mindful is, ironically, about your mind becoming less full. When your mind is packed with rampant thoughts and endless to-dos and chronic worries you can get the stress hormones that can sabotage your inner calm.
It’s okay to empty your mind from time to time, through meditation, a walk in nature, or chat with a friend who makes you laugh. This becomes much like a detox, but for your mental health.
Just remember that mindfulness and mind fullness are opposites, and you definitely want the former, not the latter.
