Baked Party Wings

You’ll Need
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings (party wings)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- 8 Tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- Olive oil or grapeseed oil (approximately 1 to 1 ½ Tablespoons)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Drizzle wings with oil, then toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place on cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for at least 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, flip wings, and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Leave wings in longer or until wings reach a crisp you like.
- After you are done baking them, put the wings in the hot sauce.
Hot Sauce (Here is a ratio for the sauce, adjust to your liking)
- 8 Tablespoons (½ cup) Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (or another hot sauce you like)
- 5 Tablespoons (approximately 1/3 cup) butter.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Once melted, mix in the hot sauce.
- Adjust how you would like with adding in more hot sauce and less butter.
