Cannellini Bean Crostini Topping

You’ll Need
- 1 can cannellini beans (or 1 ¾ cup cooked from the dried state)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed (or very finely chopped)
- Pinch of crushed dried red pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (or ½ tablespoon fresh)
- 1 ½ teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all together. Use as a dip for pita chips and veggies or a topping for crostini.
