Asian Inspired Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- Cooked brown rice
- Avocado
- Green onion, chopped
- Sesame Seeds
- Soybeans, shelled
- Shredded carrot
- Soy sauce
Directions
- Place cooked rice in a bowl.
- Top with toppings of choice.
- Give a tiny drizzle of soy sauce.
Play With Your Food
- Switch out soybeans and use less avocado and add in cooked shrimp, tofu or chicken.
- Add in various additional veggies of choice. Steamed broccoli and sauteed boy choy work well.
