Looking for a quick weeknight meal? This one is easy to make and can have many variations.
Ingredients
- Cooked brown rice
- Avocado
- Green onion, chopped
- Sesame Seeds
- Soybeans, shelled
- Shredded carrot
- Soy sauce
Directions
- Place cooked rice in a bowl.
- Top with toppings of choice.
- Give a tiny drizzle of soy sauce.
