Harvard lists these 5 Fab Foods as those that can help boost your brain power. Keep in mind that these foods aren’t magic, you won’t suddenly glow, turn into Einstein or Tony Stark, or be recruited as a Super Hero by the Justice League.
Maybe a better way of thinking about it is that these foods help your brain operate as good as it can, by removing influences that could hold it back from working its best.
So you won’t be moving things with your mind any time soon, but if you just consistently include these in your diet, you may notice that you feel sharper, more effortlessly focused, and on top of your game again.
And that’s as good a reason as I can think of to include these in your diet (other than saving the human race from extraterrestrial transformers or whatever 😄).
