Aspartame Endorsed By ADA
Posted On February 10, 2009
Why is our Culture of Health in such a sorry state? Why are we having such a hard time with health? One of the biggest reason is that food interests have an incestuous relationship with our voices of good nutrition — those we SHOULD be able to trust.
Where is objectivity??
This flier is from the American Dietetic Association, and represents a full throated endorsement for Aspartame. You and I can talk all day about the formaldehyde, the data of Dr. John Olney showing brain lesions with Aspartame, and the shenanegans that slipped Aspartame by the FDA (via Donald Rumsfeld, by the way).
But here we have the sponsor of America’s National Nutrition Month, printing this article singing the praises of Aspartame.
Why should we doubt their motives? Because buried at the end you find the notification that this newsletter was paid for by Aspartame.org. Check out the right side of their Newsletter.
