Rosemary Turkey Salad

Enjoy this dish as a way to use up leftover roasted turkey or chicken.
You’ll Need
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 ½ cups cooked turkey
- 1 large Granny Smith apple cored and shredded
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, parsley, rosemary and pepper.
- Add turkey and apple. Toss gently.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
