All week we’ll talk about managing Winter Weight, what to do, and how to do it. And winter is such a challenge with motivation, emotional health, activity, and nutrition!
And think about it. If you can manage to manage everything for just a few more weeks, spring will be here, warmth will happen, the days get longer, and many of the winter hurdles melt away with the snow.
