Cinnamon Tea

A perfect drink for those chilly days but works wonderfully served chilled as well.
You’ll Need
- 4 ½ cups water
- 2 teaspoons loose black tea
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
Directions
- Boil the water, then add tea and cinnamon sticks and reduce to simmer and let go for 5 minutes.
- Strain and then mix in sugar.
Play with your Food
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
