Healthy and Fit at Home

Young woman exercising at home in front of laptopDuring the pandemic, many of us spent more time at home sitting down. For our fitness, this situation causes us to think about activity much differently than ever before.

This new way of thinking requires us to be more independent about HOW and about WHEN we structure our routines for ourselves.

HOW:

If we can no longer go to a gym with other people, we must find ways to be active in our own homes. This requires just a bit of creativity, an internet search for at-home exercises, or access to online video classes.

WHEN:

When living at home for an extended period, it becomes more important to set, and stick to, a self-imposed schedule.

In the end, creating your own routine to be completed in your own time gives you more flexibility to stay active, even after the quarantine period has ended.
